It has arrived! After much anticipation, Crisp Salad Co. has opened its doors in The Shops At Park Lane!  After opening its first location on Lower Greenville a year and a half ago, the second location is really exciting, especially because at Park Lane, parking isn’t as big of a bitch as it is on LG. Don’t get me wrong, I will squeeze my SUV into a tiny spot or parallel park the shit out of my car in order to get to the original Crisp Salad Co. location but having an easily accessible second spot is nice.

Offering fresh salad bowls and wraps, Crisp Salad Co. allows for a healthy and delicious fast casual option.  You can select from several menu options or build your own choosing from dozens of protein, topping, and even greens options!

As hard as I try to mix it up, I am a sucker for the Thai It Up. Grilled Shrimp, Romaine, Spinach, Edamame, Carrots, Mandarin Oranges, Chow Mein Noodles and Spicy Thai Peanut Dressing (I also add avocado) is seriously an addicting combination.  Try it in a wrap for a delicious lunch you can have while browsing The Shops at Park Lane.

You didn’t think I’d JUST have a salad wrap did you? No, no, no. I always make sure to grab a seasonal flavored mini cupcake provided by boutique bakery, That’s Sweet, here in Dallas.  They are super tiny so I don’t feel too guilty (except for when I eat 12) and provide just the right about of treat!

If you haven’t already stopped by either of the Crisp Salad Co. locations, you are seriously missing out. What are you waiting for? It’s the middle of summer and hot as hell and you know you don’t want to cook.
