The Southwest corner of Preston and Northwest Highway has been many restaurants since I fist moved to Dallas and sadly, all seem to shut their doors before most even realize that a new spot has opened up in the location sandwiched between TG Ameritade and E.G. Geller. With the addition of the newly opened CRUDO Italian, all of that has changed.
CRUDO Italian is effortlessly chic, with a sprawling dining room and upstairs lounge/private event space. The patio out front boasts views of Preston Center and is the perfect spot for people watching!
I recently had the opportunity to stop in to see what CRUDO Italian is all about and I promise, it is exactly what this corner needed. From fresh, hand-made pastas, to an exceptional wine list, this spot is sure to be around for years to come.
Here is a peek of what we sampled but, let’s be honest, another visit is already in order so we can try even more!
Charcuterie Board with Prosciutto, Salami, Boursin, Manchego and more!
Calamari Fritto Misto with Shrimp, Cauliflower, Zucchini, and Jalapenos (it’s gluten-free, too!)
Mozzarella & Tomato Caprese
Spinach & Pea Tortellini with Wild Mushrooms and Prosecco
…are you drooling yet? If not, you definitely should be! CRUDO Italian is just what the doctor ordered, whether it be for lunch, dinner, brunch, or just a round of delicious cocktails! Don’t miss out on the revival of this prime restaurant location. Speaking of…what’s for dinner?
